Refund policy
At Giiusecomo, each piece is created in limited quantities with care and intention. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly offer exchanges on unworn items returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

We do not cover the cost of return shipping

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll ship your exchanged item at no additional cost
Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Giiusecomo reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy standards.

For local exchanges, in-person coordination may be available upon request.

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process, pack, and ship your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages during transit. However, we’re happy to support you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
